Waterloo Formula SAE Steering Potentiometer Mount

I designed a steering potentiometer mount in Autodesk Inventor (left), applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles to ensure ease of machining and integration. The final part (right) was successfully installed into the steering system of the Waterloo Formula SAE competition car, enabling precise position tracking during dynamic testing.
